Crockpot Monday: Honey Dijon Ribs

It's officially May which is almost summer! One of my favorite meals in the summer is corn on the cob and ribs. Sometimes we add mashed potatoes and others we add something like a potato salad. Plus, with the addition of steamer bags, I no longer have to boil water on the stove for the corn! A few minutes in the microwave and there's yummy corn for all!

So, add your favorite summer side dish along with these delicious ribs!

Honey Dijon Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
3 pounds boneless pork ribs (roast can also be substituted)

Add all of the ingredients to a gallon sized freezer bag. Squeeze out as much excess air as possible. Freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw in refrigerator. Place in crockpot. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on low for 8-12 hours.
