Time for Me Thursday

4:26 PM 0 Comments
Holy wow, bloggers! Not only is it Thursday, but it's also New Year's Eve! Can you believe that? I can't. All day long I've had to remind myself of the date because it just doesn't seem possible that today is the last day of 2009. I've put absolutely no thought into 2010 and if you know me, you won't believe that either. I'm a big time thinker.

Being that it's Thursday and the last day of the year, I decided that my time for me would be all about doing some of that thinking for next year and maybe doing a bit of reflecting on last year. I'm so lucky that my friend Edie posted some great things to our yahoo group to give me a starting point. Actually, I'm just super lucky to have those girls in my life at all. They're all wonderful and have such huge hearts.

Now, I'm not sure who had the original idea to pick one word and make it your focus for a year, but Edie just reminded all of us that it's time for us to pick a new word. Some of the words that have been chosen include serenity, faith, empowerment and purpose. Those are all such great words, but I think I'm going to go with Commitment.

So, for 2010, I'm going to be:
Committed to turning my home into a home, not just a house.
Committed to making the money that we need to support our family.
Committed to making some really tough decisions about what I want to do.
Committed to scrapbooking and crafting more.
Committed to being more involved at the boys' school.

Now, the other really awesome thing that Edie posted to the group was something that she had found over on Scrap-Room. I'm going to post it here too because I think it's a great way to think about the coming year.

One Year From Today I Would Like To Have:

Learned - Irish. I loved learning it for my degree, but have let it drop since graduation.

Changed - My finances and my weight. One needs to lose some and the other really needs to gain some.

Figured Out - What I want to do when I grow up. I have a college education in an area that fascinates me but I'm not sure if I want to continue in that field.

Completed - My paper piecing scrapbook that I must have started 5 years ago, before the divorce and the ensuing insanity.

Stopped - Doubting my abilities.

Started - Believing in myself more and having our home be a peaceful retreat, that always smells of something delicious.

Acquired - Enough money to buy anything we need for this house (including some badly needed bookshelves) and to have the van repaired.

Given Up - The remaining million or so boxes in this house along with a ton of clutter.

Visited - Arizona, Nebraska and maybe a lovely trip up north. I miss nature.

Left Behind - Debt, extra weight and renting this house. I would so love to find a way to buy it. It already feels like home, now I want it to officially be home.

So, I guess that sums up my goals for 2010, nicely. What are all of yours? Have you guys thought about 2010 yet? Leave me a comment or sign our linky here and let me know!

HealthyTuna.com

5:36 PM 0 Comments

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of HealthyTuna.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

Back when I was pregnant with the boys (ages and ages ago!), I remember hearing that there were certain foods that you shouldn't eat because they could actually harm the baby. Seafood was pretty high on that list because of the possibility of mercury poisoning. My doctors did tell me, though, that I could eat canned tuna fish (mostly because I was seriously craving it in my mac n cheese!) as long as I only did it in moderation.

A study released in July's issue of Epidemiology (a summary can be found at healthy tuna) is now suggesting that not eating seafood during pregnancy could actually be a bad thing. It suggests that not eating seafood could be related to higher levels of depression. This is because foods like fish are the only naturally rich source of a special omega-3 fatty acid called DHA. DHA is essential for the proper functioning of our brains as adults, and for the development of our nervous system and visual abilities during the first 6 months of life.

Luckily for me, I didn't suffer from depression while I was pregnant with the boys. It could be because I had that tuna in my mac 'n cheese! Now, if tuna could only have saved my poor couch from the permanent tush indent it received from me being on bedrest!

(almost) Wordless Wednesday

3:52 PM 1 Comments
Whew! And we made it! It's Wednesday...for real! Today has been another stressful day, but slowly things are coming together, I hope. I've been taking small breaks to do some reading, which is helping me keep it together. Thank goodness I know that the world really isn't out to get me or I'd hide under these blankets and never come out!

Now, with all of that babbling out of the way, I want to share pictures! I accidently left my camera at my parent's house on Christmas day so I didn't take a ton of pictures, but I do have some to share. Over at Sunday Shutterbugs, they finally have a new theme up and I'm excited to say that it's Holiday! Perfect for this time of year. So, without further yammering on my part, here are some holiday photos from the Roets family.

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I'm still planning on writing my Christmas Angels post, but I think I'm going to make that my Finish It Friday post when I wrap up all of the things from 2009 and figure out more of the things for 2010!

Tackle It Tuesday

3:41 PM 0 Comments
And here we are, Tuesday..ok, it's really Wednesday, but we're going to pretend that it's still Tuesday, ok? Good..now, as I was saying..here we are, Tuesday and as always, there are tons of things that need to be tackled. Are any of you taking down your decorations and storing them yet? That would be a good tackle, but one that I'm putting off until next week. My decorations are getting a major organizational overhaul and I'm waiting until the boys are back at their dad's to handle it. I got a great deal on the Christmas totes at Meijer's with some Christmas money. I got 2 of them for $8 and I'm going to sort all my Christmas things (or what I can fit into the 2 this year and get another one next year if needed) into Tree Decorations/Other Decorations. Plus, since they're red/green, they'll be easily identifiable next year when I'm looking for the right box. Sheesh, with any luck, by this time next year, there will be no boxes. I don't like storing things in boxes because well, rodents like cardboard (I'm thinking garage storage, not house storage.) and plus, if anything leaks (like a certain barn roof), cardboard gets wet and things get ruined.

Ok, so what did I tackle yesterday? Well, I tackled getting us out of my Grandmother's house for one thing. I love visiting, but I swear it's like a black hole when you're trying to escape. I need warp drive engines or something. (oh my god, that was the geekiest thing to say..someone shoot me now...*grins*) Then, I tackled putting a quart of oil into my van because my father said it was a quart low and father's know best on these things. Then, I tried to pick up a bookcase, but the person wasn't home. Then, I went to the bank and tackled getting some paperwork I needed.

Then, best of all, the boys and I tackled using up a gift card that we had gotten for Christmas. I think I mentioned here that Jim had given us a Celebration Cinemas gift pack as part of our Christmas gift. Well, we loved using it yesterday! We used $15 of the gift card to get our tickets to go see Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Squeakal and then another $4.50 of it to get us 2 large sodas to share. We got 2 because the gift pack included a buy one/get one coupon on the sodas. Then, we used the popcorn bucket and filled it up once for during the movie and then once for at home, except the boys ate it all on the way home! The movie was great, better than the first one, in all of our opinions. We still have most of the coupon pack and 50c left on our gift card. I don't know when I'll have the money for us to all go again, but it was a wonderful treat and I'm so thankful for friends who gave us something that we could all love and do as a family.

After the movie, it was off to Meijers for a quick grocery run and then finally back to the house, where I tackled getting us all inside and the trash out to the curb. Roger tackled giving the kitties food and water and then we all relaxed. Not a bad day of small tackles, if you ask me!

Menu Plan Monday

3:35 PM 0 Comments
Ugh! That is my word for today. I swear I intended on writing here on Thursday and Friday but technology became my enemy and wouldn't let me. My internet connection went down and it didn't get fixed until yesterday because of the holiday! Then, it took us well over an hour to re-set up the modem/router (yes, for some reason they decided to change the login information with the company merger). But, I'm back now and I have 3 days worth of posts to get up here for everyone. Christmas was pretty good. We went over to my parent's house and then spent the night at my Grandmother's. Well, it was supposed to be one night that turned into 4. First it was to save on gas/money because I had to go to the bank on Monday and then, on Monday, the weather was bad so we stayed over until the roads would be better.

But anyway, enough of all of that...let's get to the menu.

Monday - Tacos
Tuesday - The kids filled up on popcorn from the movies & didn't want dinner.
Wednesday - Pizza
Thursday - Burgers
Friday - Mac & Cheese w/ Hamburger
Saturday - Taco Chicken Packets
Sunday - Steak

And there you have it, our menu for this week!

(almost) Wordless Wednesday

Well, I would love to say Happy Wednesday all but I just got another round of not so great news and it is seriously affecting my happiness factor for today. Man, I would so like a day where we got some good news around this place. Anyway, I did want to make sure that I got here and posted to my blog. If nothing else, it gives me a place to let off some of the frustration.

Now, usually, I try to do the challenge over at Sunday Shutterbugs but they don't have one! I don't know how or why, but I've checked back every day this week and there's nothing there. So, I decided to show y'all a couple more pictures from the "archives." These were taken back in 2001! I can't believe that it's been 8 years since I took these pictures and that these are the same kids who are sitting in front of me right now playing Snoopy vs The Red Baron on the PS2.

After Roger's BaptismI'll protect you!

Man, they grow up so fast. Before I know it they'll be wanting cars for Christmas, not just video games where you drive them.

Jones Soda

6:12 PM 0 Comments

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Jones Soda. All opinions are 100% mine.

I don't know about any of you, but the boys and I love Jones Soda. It's an adventure when we go to the store to see what the newest round of labels look like. We love that they're always changing, that the soda is still in glass bottles and that it tastes super delicious!

Now, imagine my delight when I discovered myJones custom soda. You can go to the Jones Soda website and actually design your own labels! Wouldn't that make the most incredible gift? I would seriously love to receive a 12 pack with say these guys on the label:

Getting the Mail

I could totally see it being the Strawberry Lime flavor (because monkies clearly love the wackier flavors) and being called something like Monkey Madness. It's too late to do this for Christmas this year, but trust me, I'm bookmarking this under my gift ideas section for next year. Maybe I could surprise my ex-husband and his fiancee with a 12 pack with their wedding photo on it for their first anniversary, next year. The options are only as limited as your imagination and with the price being only $29.99 for a 12 pack, that's much more reasonable than a lot of other customized gifts.

Go on over and check out the different options. Jones Soda is one of my favorite sodas and I have no idea why I didn't check out their website sooner. I'm going back now to see what other sorts of gear they sell and to get some ideas for some upcoming birthdays!

Tackle It Tuesday

5:42 PM 0 Comments
Ugh, where did today go? Actually, I know right where it went. It went with trying to prevent my children from killing one another. Usually they get along really well, but I can always tell when one or both did not get enough sleep the night before and that was the pair of them today. They were driving me nuts! I love them, but today I am counting the hours until bedtime.

I had such lofty goals for today. I was going to clean around the house, I was going to fit in some time for kgb..and the list goes on. Well, I didn't get any of that done. I did however, hopefully, find homes for some of the stuff I'm getting rid of and if all goes well, tomorrow we will be the proud owners of some new to us bookshelves. We are in desperate need of more bookshelves around here. Keep your fingers crossed that they come through for us.

So, Tackles...hmm...well, I've vowed not to tackle my children and tie them to their beds. ;) So, I think my tackle is going to be trying to hold onto my sanity until bedtime. Then, once they're tucked soundly in their beds, maybe I can get some more things done around here. I do want to finish browsing alice.com and putting things on my "shopping" list there. That way it will be ready for me when I need to do another round of household item shopping.

As for now, I'm going to go tackle the process of making dinner and then get the boys settled in with one of our Christmas movies for our week of Christmas film fest. It will either be a movie or the Straight No Chaser concert that I recorded last week. It's kids choice..and I think it's going to start before I start dinner. I need some quiet time with my sanity. ;)

Alice.Com

4:46 PM 0 Comments

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Alice.com. All opinions are 100% mine.

Have any of you seen Alice.com yet? It seems like every time I turn around lately, I'm finding something in my inbox about it and I admit, finally my curiosity got the better of me and I had to go check it out. I'm really glad that I did! As most of you know, I live out in the middle of nowhere. As I tell my friend Rob, I live 45 minutes from everywhere. That makes things like shopping a bit on the difficult side sometimes, especially now that the snow has set in. Usually I try to line my shopping up with going to pick up the boys, but without fail, the day after I go, I realize that I'm almost out of dish soap or laundry soap or something that really we don't want to live without.

Now, how does any of this have anything to do with Alice.com ? Well, they're only this totally awesome site where you can order those non-grocery household items that you're always running out of at the worst moment. They'll even remind you when it's time to order them! The best part is that you can register and use this site for free! Plus, if you're like me, you want to save money, not spend more to get things. Well, they go out and they find those online coupons for you and apply them to your order for you! So, less work for all of us busy people. Did I mention that their prices are actually better than my local store and they don't charge for shipping? So, I'm saving money on the products plus I'm saving on gas for my van too! Saving money is a very good thing for any household.

Seriously guys, I can easily see this site becoming one of my favorite sites on the web. I want all of you to go over and check it out as soon as you finish reading this. If you sign up, make sure that you check out their referral program. For every friend that you refer, you'll receive 3% of their total purchases for a year! Plus, your friend will receive $10 in their account after they spend their first $50. If you do sign up, I would love it if you used my link as your referral!

Now, go check them out! Hurry! Sign up and pick out your products right now. I'm going to go and add some dishsoap to my list. I just noticed that we're getting low. I love that it's super easy to add products on their site and then they'll drop me a reminder based on how often I've told them to remind me! Plus, they use duckies as their rating and if you've been to my house, you know how we love duckies around here..hehe

Menu Plan Monday

2:42 PM 1 Comments
Wow, Monday again and life continues ticking along. The only thing I can say is thank goodness last week's crazy running around is done and this week is nice and quiet. Well, if you don't count the insane amount of baking I have to do, holiday activities with the boys and Christmas with my family which will almost certainly turn into an overnight trip. Luckily, I have 95% of my wrapping all done. I have a few things that should either bit sitting in my mailbox right now or that should be here in the next couple of days. I'm having a bit of a hard time with the holidays this year. Usually it's totally my favorite time of year, but this year I just don't feel like it's happening. I didn't even get enough boxes out of the laundry room to access the Christmas decorations or tree. When I look around all I see is boxes of stuff and it's driving me insane. I keep coming up with "plans" on how to tackle it, but my accountability partner seems to have vanished and well, I'm using that as an excuse, I guess. The truth is that I know only I can fix this/make changes and really procrastinating is just me being passive-aggressive with myself.

Well, step 1 is figuring out the meal plan for this week instead of "winging it." So, here we go:

Monday- BBQ Burgers (WW)
Tuesday- Mac & Cheese w/ Hamburger
Wednesday- Beef Stroganoff
Thursday- Quesadillas
Friday- Dinner w/ Family
Saturday- Pizza
Sunday- Chicken Taco Packets

So, there's our plan. I don't know how well we'll stick to it, but I'm sure going to try.

(almost) Wordless Wednesday

8:14 PM 2 Comments
Whew...another busy day almost done. I was up early this morning to drive to Lansing. I had to be at the Salvation Army distribution center at 9am. I got there around 9:40 and was lucky to find a parking spot. It was packed. People started lining up outside the door around 9:45. I got in line about 7 minutes to and ended up being #13. It must have been my lucky number because I was allowed to pick out some incredible gifts for the boys. I just know that they're going to love them. It was a real blow to my pride to have to go and ask them for help but it really was the right thing for me to do for us. All of this totally reminds me that very soon, possibly next week, I'll be writing a special post about Christmas angels. I hope all of you will come back to read that.

So, after I finished up there, I met up with my sister. She's having some troubles and is trying to get some stuff sorted out so keep her in your thoughts. The reason I met up with her today though was so she could borrow my steam cleaner. She's trying to get my grandmother's carpet cleaned up and the steam cleaner over there doesn't work worth a hill of beans. (Random thought: That is such an odd saying, I wonder where it came from.)

Then, I popped into Meijers to pick up some stuff that I needed. Got home and hauled stuff in from the van and tried to catch up on some email and got the next file transfers going. I'm thrilled to say that the moving from drive to drive part of the project ought to be wrapped up by this weekend! Yay! Then, it was time to start wrapping. I have no idea how many gifts I wrapped, but I'm glad to have it done. My sister called and I talked to her for a bit then it was back to wrapping.

After all that was done, I went in and made my cookie dough and it's in the fridge chilling right now. Before bed tonight, I'll have cookies made and the teacher gifts all prepped to go with me tomorrow to the kids school parties. Busy, busy, busy...

Now, after alll of this post, I bet people are wondering where the heck my picture is. Well, it's trapped on my phone! I took this picture specifically for this week's Sunday Shutterbugs challenge and my phone won't give it to me! Mean thing. So, I went digging through the archives of pictures on the drive that I'm working on and found this one. Now, I don't know the name of the church this was taken in. I can only tell you that it's an old church in England. I took this picture back in August of 2006.

Happy Wednesday everyone and I hope y'all have wonderful Thursdays too!

Tackle It Tuesday

9:29 PM 0 Comments
It's Tuesday and boy has it been a long one! I was up at 6am this morning to meet up with Peter to take Ben into the doctor. I did make it to their place by 7:15 and Peter rushed us right out the door. The roads were kinda slick this morning and so was their parking lot! I slipped about 4 feet out their door and Ben laughed all the way to the car. Little turkey.

The appointment went well. The doctor checked out Ben's legs and did some x-rays. She thinks that surgery might be a good idea for Ben's right leg. She also said that more physical therapy as well as wearing a leg immobilizer at night. Peter wants to rush into surgery but I'd rather explore alternative options instead of doing surgery. Peter used time and money as an excuse, but that's precisely why we carry extra insurance on him and I could take him to appointments plus let's face it, the surgery could cost more and be far more time intensive as far as therapy goes. Luckily for me, the doctor doesn't make surgery appointments the first meeting and she feels that extra therapy and such won't hurt to try at all.

After the appointment (which kept us at her office for just over 2 hours), we drove on back. Peter dropped Ben and I off at the apartment to get my van and I took Ben back to school. After signing him in, I hung out with him for about 15 minutes until his class got in from recess. I spent a few minutes talking to his teacher and then popped over to tell Roger that I'd see him at his party on Thursday. It's going to be a lot of trips to Hastings because they need to be in school on Friday because Ben has 2 tests that day. Poor kid.

Then, it was off to the dollar store and then the grocery store. As usual, the groceries took me almost 2 hours. It may go faster if I didn't stop to talk to so many random strangers. ;) Then, I used my grocery receipt to get 25c off a gallon of gas at their gas station and then drove on home. Did I mention in all of this that it was freezing cold today? Brrrrrrrrr!

Sadly, our house here has some serious air leaks and I haven't had the money to get plastic to cover up the windows. I've been trying other creative means though and they've been partially effective. After getting back, I decided to take a nap but our upstairs only has 1 heat vent and it seems pretty ineffective. I was so cold that I couldn't fall asleep! I'm going to have to get out our small space heaters and take them upstairs to take the chill off the bedrooms before we go to sleep at night.

I did eventually go outside and unloaded most of the groceries from the van. I'll snag the rest of them tomorrow. I was just too dang cold and honestly, exhausted to handle all of them today. I did get those inside and then I did something I'd been meaning to do for about the last month. I actually got about half of the fridge totally cleared out. Ugh..how do they get so full of stuff? By the time I was done, my trash bag was full and it was so heavy that I had to carry the whole trash can to the porch, open our outdoor trashcan and then (after tying the bag closed) tip the whole trashcan over the rail so the bag fell out into the outdoor can! But, my fridge looks much nicer and isn't full of spoiled food. Yay! Now, I only have to do the other half.

Tomorrow, I have to go into Lansing and then spend a big chunk of time baking cookies for teacher gifts. Plus, if all goes well, I'm hoping to be able to get the rest of the presents wrapped. I do wish I could find Grandma's bell and Alex's gift. I know they're here. I just don't remember where the heck I sat them down at!

Okie, time for me to try to get some extra sleep. It's going to be a crazy week and tomorrow is only the halfway point!

Menu Plan Monday

1:40 PM 0 Comments
Ok, I know that's the Fall image, but I have a totally good reason for that. Right now, this poor laptop looks as if it should be in an intensive care unit. It has wires and drives sticking out of every port imaginable. What am I doing to the poor thing you ask? Well, I'm re-organizing my external hard drives and transferring files right, left and center. Now, the poor laptop gets really cranky if I have more than 2 externals hooked up at any time and you guessed it, my blog files are all stored on drive #3. So, I had to go with the one and only MPM image I had on the laptop itself.

Now, life around here is about to go totally insane. I have to drive to Hastings at the crack of dawn tomorrow to go with my ex-husband and oldest son to a doctor's appointment in Grand Rapids. (Miss Tracey, if you read this, I'll be waving to you!) We're considering hamstring lengthening surgery for him and this is an evaluation to see if he'd be a good candidate for that.

Then, on Wednesday, I have to drive into Lansing for an appointment that I have there at 9am. Yep, once again getting up super early and leaving my house by 8am. Then, on Thursday, it's back to Hastings for the kids Christmas parties and all of that good stuff. Now, depending on the responses I get back from their teachers and principal, I may either be bringing them back with me that night or making another trip into Hastings on Friday to pick them up. Did I mention I have to go grocery shopping, etc in there somewhere? Sheesh! Insane.

So, do I have a menu for this week? Umm...no, not really because I really have to go grocery shopping. However, I do have one starting Thursday. I needed that for when I went grocery shopping, so I am vaguely organized. Impressive, huh? *grins* Ok, no I know it's not but that's ok. So here goes...my "menu"...

Monday- Lemon Pepper chicken tenders w/ rice
Tuesday- Pancakes
Wednesday- Wheat Pasta w/ Sauce
Thursday- Chili
Friday-Homemade Pizza
Saturday- Ground Beef Stroganoff
Sunday- Taco Chicken Pockets

*** Please note that Monday-Wednesday are total guesses based on what I *think* is in the kitchen.*

Time for me Thursday

2:07 PM 0 Comments
Look...it's a post! and it's on time! It's Thursday and I've been pondering what to do for me today because it really is super important that as women and caretakers, we take good care of ourselves first. If we take care of ourselves, we have more to give those in our lives. So, what am I doing today for me?

I'm going to "start" a project that I started a long, long time ago. Those of you who know me, know that I'm a bit of a music whore. If you have music, I want it. *grins* So, needless to say, I have tons of music. A few years ago, I started organizing it on an external hard drive. I never, ever finished that project. Today, I'm going to do some work on starting it over again. Jim, as an early Christmas present, got me a 1 tb drive! Woo! I'm so excited. It means that I can finally put all of my music on one drive. My plan for today is to take the music from 2 of the drives and move it onto the new drive. Then, once I find the power cords to the other drives, I'll move all of that music over too. Then, the organizing it by genres can continue. Then, it will leave me with drives that I can have for specific purposes. I'll have one as a backup drive for important files, one for photo backups, one as a traveling drive and so on and so on.

Now, I want to know what all of you are doing for yourselves today? I know that this time of year is so stressful for so many people and that honestly, instead of finding alternatives or solutions, they just give up so I want to be sure that you're all taking care of yourselves.

*hugs and kisses!*

Ok, I know it's Thursday, but I just finished what I needed to finish to do my Wednesday post. Over at Sunday Shutterbugs, the theme for this week is Heart. Now, this is a great theme. It's one that you can interpret in so many different ways. I'm taking something that someone special said to me the other day and using that for my interpretation. He told me that every time he receives a homemade present from me, he can see my heart and love in each and every one of them. So, with all of that being said, here is the project I've been working on for the past week. It's going to my nephew, Dominic, for Christmas. It's just a shame that all of my tape is outside in the van...*looks outside at the snow, knowing that it's like 0 with the windchill without even checking weather.com*

My So Called Crazy Life

11:57 AM 1 Comments
I so meant to write here on Monday and yesterday, but life got a hold of me and didn't let go. Over the weekend, the boys and I went over to my Grandmother's so that we could visit and while there, on Sunday, both of the boys threw up. That meant that we stayed over until Monday and by the time we got back, got their things around and Peter picked them up, my poor journal was long forgotten. Plus, on Sunday night, I started not feeling good and it turns out that Ben gave me his cold so yesterday was spent doing a tiny bit of puttering around the house, a lot of time reading (big thanks to my sister for loaning me books 1-3 of the House of Night series) and some time working on Dominic's Christmas present. I'm down to only needing to finish 6 pieces on that before assembly so it's finally coming along.

Let's see, so I don't really have a menu for this week because with all the sickness, I didn't go to the grocery store and we're in for some nasty weather so I'm putting it off until next Wednesday when I have to drive to Lansing anyway. So, I'm going to wing it out of my cupboards/fridge. There's plenty of food there, just not fresh fruits/veggies.

Monday - Pizza Rolls
Tuesday - Ham, Cheese and Onion Omelette
Wednesday - Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Thursday - Taco Chicken Packet
Friday- Soup
Saturday - Chili
Sunday - Chili leftovers

Now, as for what I tackled yesterday, I'm sorry to say that mostly it was getting well again. I did do some tidying around the house though and worked on Christmas presents. So, I'm going to count that. Now, I need to see if I have any photos for this week's Sunday Shutterbug. I totally dropped the ball and didn't post one for pairs last week and this week is heart. If you haven't gone over and seen their blog this week, you really should.
